LS Connections ("we," "us," or "our") provides automotive repair, collision repair, paintless dent removal, paint and finish services, oil changes, brake service, engine diagnostics, A/C and heating repair, and related services at 2330 Doe Branch Rd Suite 4, Little Elm, TX 75068.
By requesting a service estimate, scheduling a repair, or leaving your vehicle in our care, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
All written estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final repair costs may differ from the initial estimate if: (a) additional damage is discovered during disassembly; (b) parts prices change due to supplier availability; or (c) the scope of work is modified at the customer's request. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding.
By signing a repair authorization or providing verbal or written approval, you authorize LS Connections to perform the described work on your vehicle. You represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the authority to authorize repairs.
Work will not begin until authorization is received. We reserve the right to require a signed authorization before commencing any repair.
Payment in full is due upon completion of services and prior to vehicle release. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and approved insurance checks made payable to LS Connections.
Vehicles not retrieved and balances not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees of up to $35 per day. Abandoned vehicles will be handled in accordance with Texas Transportation Code Chapter 683.
When repairs are covered by an insurance claim, you remain responsible for any deductible, depreciation, or amounts not covered by your insurer. LS Connections will work directly with your insurance company on your behalf but is not a party to your insurance contract and cannot guarantee claim approval or specific reimbursement amounts.
Supplement claims for hidden damage discovered during repairs will be submitted to your insurer. You authorize us to communicate directly with your insurer regarding the repair.
LS Connections provides a lifetime warranty on all workmanship performed at our facility. This warranty covers defects in our labor for as long as you own the vehicle.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component. Warranty claims require the vehicle to be returned to our facility for inspection. The warranty does not cover: (a) damage caused by subsequent accidents or neglect; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) damage caused by improper use; or (d) work performed by third parties after our repair.
While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to protect it. However, LS Connections is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.
We maintain general liability insurance. Claims for damage caused by our negligence must be reported before vehicle pick-up.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, LS Connections' total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of use, lost profits, or diminishment in vehicle value.
Submitting an estimate request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. Estimate requests are reviewed during business hours (Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM, Sat 9AM–3PM) and we will contact you within one business day to schedule an appointment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at ls-connections.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
